Ex-servicemen: relaxable to the extent of service rendered in the Defence Forces plus 3 years, provided they have completed a minimum of 6 months' attested service. Ex-servicemen who have already joined Government civil service after availing ex-servicemen benefits cannot claim ex-servicemen status again for this recruitment. Staff of Quasi-Administrative offices/organizations (e.g., Railway Consumer Co-operative Societies, Canteens, Institutes): relaxation of 5 years or the service rendered in such organization, whichever is less. Course Completed Act Apprentices (CCAA) applying for Level-1: age limit 33 years for UR, 36 years for OBC, and 38 years for SC/ST, plus relaxation for apprentice training undergone (maximum 3 years). Proof of age: A Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births, or a 10th class Certificate/Admit Card/Mark Sheet showing date of birth, issued by a government-recognized Education Board, is required. The date of birth entered in the application must match the Matriculation/SSLC/10th class certificate; no subsequent request for change will be considered. |

Eligibility / Qualification
Educational Qualification: Level-2 (Group C): Passed 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks from a government-recognized Education Board/Council/Institution (the 50% requirement is relaxed for SC, ST, ESM, and PwBD candidates, and for candidates with a higher qualification from a UGC-recognized university); or 10th pass from a government-recognized Board plus a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)/ITI approved by NCVT (a Diploma in Engineering is not considered an alternative higher qualification). Level-1 (Erstwhile Group D): 10th Pass, or ITI, or an equivalent qualification, or a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT. Scouting/Guiding Qualification (mandatory for both Level-1 and Level-2): Must be a President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger, or hold a Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) in any section. Must have been an active member of a Scout Organization for the last 5 years, supported by a "Certificate of Activeness." Must have attended two events at National level or All India Railways level, and two events at State level.

Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy of these details. Minority means Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, and Zoroastrians (Parsis). Economically Backward Classes (EBC) means candidates whose family income is less than Rs. 50,000 per annum.
