All candidates, including fee-exempted categories, must pay the non-refundable Processing Fee. Bank charges plus GST are levied extra depending on the payment mode. Candidates applying for multiple posts must pay separate fees for each post.
Selection Process
Group A Posts: Online Computer Based Test (CBT) of 70 marks followed by an Interview of 30 marks. Interview shortlisting ratio: 1:5 for 1 vacancy, 1:4 for 2 vacancies, 1:3 for 3 and above vacancies. Group B & C Posts: Selection is based only on the online CBT examination of 100 marks, followed by a qualifying Skill Test wherever applicable (LDC, Stenographer Grade-III, Staff Car Driver). The CBT will be bilingual (English and Hindi) except MTS, which has no negative marking. There is 0.25 negative marking per wrong answer for all other posts. Minimum qualifying marks in CBT: 25% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates and 30% for all other categories (UR, OBC, EWS, ESM). Skill Test for Stenographer Grade-III: dictation at 80 wpm for 10 minutes (English/Hindi), transcribed on computer; qualifying in nature. Skill Test for LDC: typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer; qualifying in nature. Translation Skill Test for Hindi Assistant: descriptive translation examination of 800-1000 words in English and Hindi. Driving Test for Staff Car Driver: qualifying in nature, as per Competent Authority procedures. CBT duration: 100 minutes for all candidates (130 minutes for PwBD candidates with compensatory time), for both Group A and Group B/C posts.
