Candidates applying online for Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University Professor, Assistant Librarian and More Recruitment 2026 must pay a non‑refundable application fee according to their category through the online payment facility on the recruitment portal. For Professor & Associate Professor Fee for UR/OBC/EWS: Applicants belonging to Unreserved (UR), OBC and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 2000/- for each Professor post they apply for. Fee for SC/ST: Candidates from SC/ST categories must pay an application fee of Rs. 1000/-. Applicants who have already paid the fee for the same category and same post against the university’s previous Professor advertisement may apply again without paying the fee, provided they enclose valid proof of earlier payment. For Assistant Professor & Assistant Librarian Fee for UR/OBC/EWS: Applicants belonging to Unreserved (UR), OBC and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000/- for each Professor post they apply for. Fee for SC/ST: Candidates from SC/ST categories must pay an application fee of Rs. 500/-. Applicants who have already paid the fee for the same category and same post against the university’s previous Professor advertisement may apply again without paying the fee, provided they enclose valid proof of earlier payment.

Selection Process
The SDSUV Professor, Assistant Librarian and More Recruitment 2026 selection process will follow UGC Regulations and university screening guidelines based on academic and research credentials, followed by interview. Screening & Shortlisting: Applications will be screened using the UGC‑prescribed Academic/Research Score system, considering research publications, projects, Ph.D. guidance, invited lectures and other scholarly activities to prepare a merit‑ordered shortlist of candidates for interview. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview before the duly constituted selection committee, where their teaching, research contributions and suitability for the Professor, Assistant Librarian and More post in the concerned subject will be assessed. Final selection will be based on the interview performance and overall academic/research profile.
