Eligibility / Qualification
Educational Qualification (Post-wise): Assistant Treasury Accountant (Directorate of Treasury): Bachelor's Degree from a university established by law in India or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government, as per UP Treasury Accountant (Non-Gazetted) Service Rules, 2019, Part-4, Rule-8. Account Inspector (Cooperative Societies & Panchayat): Bachelor's Degree from a university established by law in India, as per UP Subordinate (Cooperative Societies and Panchayat) Accounts Audit Service Rules, 2025, Part-4, Rule-8. Amin/Auctioneer (State Agriculture Mandi Parishad): Bachelor's Degree from any recognised university, as per UP Agriculture Production Mandi Samiti (Centralised) Service Rules, 1984 as amended, Rule-7. Executive Officer (Municipal Administration): Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution as per U.P.0 Municipal Centralised Service Rules, 1966 as amended. Additionally, a Computer Diploma ("O" level or above) from a recognised institution is required at the time of regularisation for direct recruits. Clerk-cum-Typist / Cashier-cum-Clerk / Account Clerk (Agriculture Mandi Parishad): Bachelor's Degree from any recognised university, as per UP Agriculture Production Mandi Samiti (Centralised) Service Rules, 1984 as amended, Rule-7. Assistant Consolidation Officer / Assistant Revenue Officer (Office of Consolidation Commissioner): Bachelor's Degree from a university established by law in India, as per UP Land Consolidation Service Rules, 1992 as amended, Part-4, Rule-8. Candidates with a Law Degree (LLB) from any university will also get preference in direct recruitment. Assistant Promoter (Non-Technical) – General/Special Selection (Industries & Enterprise Promotion Directorate): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government, as per UP Industry Department Subordinate Service Rules, 1992, Part-4, Rule-8. Centre In-Charge (UP State Road Transport Corporation): Bachelor's Degree from a university established by law in India or equivalent qualification recognised by the State Government, along with working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script, as per UP State Road Transport Corporation Service Rules, 1981 as amended, Part-4, Rule-18. District Assistant Training Officer (Family Welfare Mahadirectorate): Candidates must have passed the Intermediate Board Examination of UP with Biology and Mathematics subjects and hold a Bachelor's Degree from any recognised university, as per Government Order No. 2859/5-10-2004-JI-137/2004 dated 10 September 2004. Mandi Inspector Grade-2 (State Agriculture Mandi Parishad): Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks and Intermediate with at least 50% marks from a recognised university (for General/Unreserved candidates). SC/ST/OBC candidates need at least 45% in both Graduation and Intermediate. Preferential Qualification (All Posts): Preference will be given to candidates who have served in the Provincial Armed Forces (Pradeshik Sena) for a minimum of 2 years, or who have obtained the 'B' Certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), all other conditions being equal. Age Limit: Generally 21 to 40 years as on 1st July of the year in which recruitment is advertised. Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, Ex-Servicemen, Freedom Fighter Dependants, PwBD, Women, Outstanding Sportspersons and Departmental Candidates as per UP Government rules and the specific service rules applicable to each post. Note: For EWS category candidates, the EWS certificate must be issued between 01 April 2026 and 18 June 2026 (last date of application), based on income of financial year 2025-26 and valid for financial year 2026-27. The certificate must be in the prescribed format as per UP Government Office Memorandum No. 3/2019/4/1/2002/ka-2/19TCI.SI.-II dated 14 March 2019.

Selection Process
The UPSSSC Combined Lower Subordinate Services (Graduate Level) Recruitment 2026 selection will be based on a Written Main Examination (Likhit Pariksha). Main Examination (Written Test – 100 Marks, 2 Hours): There will be one question paper containing 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions carrying 100 marks with a duration of 2 hours (120 minutes). There is negative marking of 1/4 (25%) of prescribed marks for each wrong answer.
