Associate Professor: PhD with first class or equivalent at preceding degree in appropriate branch, very good academic record, minimum 6 years teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 3 years at Assistant Professor level. Assistant Professor Grade-I: PhD with first class or equivalent at preceding degree in appropriate branch, very good academic record, 3 or more years teaching/research/industrial experience excluding PhD period. Assistant Professor Grade-II (on Contract): PhD with first class or equivalent at preceding degree in appropriate branch, very good academic record; fresh PhD eligible on contract for first 3 years.
