Eligibility / Qualification
Post-graduation from a reputed Institute/University in regular mode with minimum 60% marks., Ph.D. in management preferably in HRM/OB/psychology with a minimum 2 years of research experience (Research-Associate)., Post-graduation domain HRM/OB/Psychology or related subjects (Research-Assistant)., Desirable: Research publication in peer-reviewed ABDC/ABS-listed journal., Expertise in quantitative methods (SPSS, SmartPLS), qualitative research (NVivo).
