Selection is merit-based. Candidates must hold a minimum qualification of Intermediate or equivalent. Special Category Documentation Widow candidates: A death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Urban Local Body, or a certified copy of the family register, will be accepted. Divorced/deserted candidates: A legal order issued by a competent court will be accepted. Income certificate: Only income certificates issued per UP Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-Raj-9 dated 30.09.2011 (as amended) by a competent authority, verifiable online, will be accepted. Validity of the income certificate is calculated from the date of publication of this notification. Residence and caste certificate: Only digitally signed residence and caste certificates issued online by the Tehsil, verifiable online, will be accepted. Candidates must declare widow/divorced/deserted status at the time of filling the online application form itself. Claims made after submission, without this declaration in the form, will not be accepted.
