Medical Superintendent: Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. Post graduate qualification, e.g., M.D. or M.S. or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto OR M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or a post Graduate Degree recognized as equivalent to M.H.A. by the Medical Council of India. Ten years' experience in Hospital Administration in Hospitals after obtaining the P.G. Degree in a senior position, preferably in hospitals with 300 beds. Registrar: A graduate of recognized University. Seven years' experience of administration on supervisory capacity or as a teacher in a University/Teaching institution including conduct or examination and admission and assignment of teaching programmes for undergraduate and postgraduate etc. Desirable: A postgraduate Degree. Executive Engineer (Civil): Holding analogous posts on regular basis. OR Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/. OR Junior Engineer (Civil) with 7 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600/. Executive Engineer (Electrical): Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or Assistant Engineer {Electric} with 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- or Junior Engineer (Electric) with 7 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600. Senior Accounts Officer: Holding analogous posts on regular basis. OR With 5 years regular service in the relevant field in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/-. Accounts Officer: Holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR With 2/3 years regular service in the relevant field in the grade pay of Rs. 4800/4600 respectively.
