Eligibility / Qualification
Rehabilitation Officer: Post graduate degree in Social Work / Rehabilitation Work / Sociology / Psychology or equivalent from a recognized University with DVTE (MR) / DVR (MR) and six years experience in Vocational training and guidance. Accounts Officer: Degree of a recognized University with at least 5 years' experience as Section Officer (Audit & Accounts), Jr. Accounts Officer, Civil Accounts Officer in Central Govt. / autonomous body / Public Undertaking. Driver: 10th standard/SSC or equivalent, valid HMV driving license, knowledge of motor mechanism, and minimum 3 years of driving experience. Catering Assistant: Matriculation or Equivalent with 2 years catering experience in a Govt. or Non-Govt. establishment. Deputy Director (Administration): Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Management / Public Administration / Arts / Science / Commerce with 10 years’ experience in personnel matters and office management.
