Eligibility requirements differ for each post. Detailed criteria are given below. TMB Relationship Manager Eligibility 2026 Cadre: Manager / Assistant Manager Educational Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation in first class (60% marks) in any discipline under a regular stream from a recognised university. Age Limit: Not more than 35 years as on 30.06.2026 Experience: For Manager - at least 3 years of relevant experience in a bank in sourcing / processing loans / MSME loans / retail loans. For Assistant Manager - at least 2 years of relevant experience in the same areas. Tenor: Regular basis Other Condition: No vigilance case or adverse observation from RBI/Statutory Authority should be pending against the candidate. TMB Product Specialist (Trade Finance) Eligibility 2026 Cadre: Manager / Senior Manager Age Limit: Minimum 28 years and not more than 38 years as on 30.06.2026 (age may be relaxed in deserving cases). Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognised university under a regular curriculum. Holding a Certified Credit Professional certification and a certification in Foreign Exchange Operations by IIBF is desirable. Experience: At least three years of experience in handling Trade Finance business. Tenor: Regular basis Other Condition: No vigilance case or adverse observation from DAC/Vigilance/RBI/Statutory Authority should be pending against the candidate. TMB Mobile Inspector of Branches Eligibility 2026 Age Limit: Not more than 62 years as on 30.06.2026 Who Can Apply: Retired officers of TMB or other banks are eligible for selection from the date of retirement. Cadre at Retirement: Officers must have retired in Scale II, Scale III, or Scale IV cadre. Preference will be given to those with previous work experience in the inspection/audit department. Track Record: Only suitable persons with a good track record and unblemished service are eligible. Disqualification: Officers removed or dismissed from bank service under disciplinary measures are not eligible. Contract Period: Initially engaged for 1 year, renewable for a further 1 year based on satisfactory performance (total 2 years).

There is no application fee for any of the three posts - Relationship Manager, Product Specialist (Trade Finance), and Mobile Inspector of Branches. Candidates from all categories can apply free of cost.

The selection process is common for all three posts: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The interview will be conducted through Direct mode or Video Conferencing. The mode, date, and time of the interview will be communicated to eligible candidates individually. The bank's decision on eligibility, interview, and selection will be final.
