SIDBI CCA Age Limit The candidate should not be more than 28 years old as on June 30, 2026. The candidate should have cleared the CA Final examination in not more than two attempts. This criterion may be relaxed for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD categories, if required. Experience Required Nil. The notification does not require prior work experience for this post.

Selection is done through shortlisting and personal interview at Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Ahmedabad. SIDBI may conduct an online Psychometric Test or any other suitable test to assess personality, communication level, problem-solving ability, efficiency, and suitability for the post. Results of the Psychometric Test may be placed before the interview panel for a thorough perspective on candidates. The Bank reserves the right to modify the selection procedure if deemed fit. Merit List: Prepared in descending order based solely on interview scores. Wait List: SIDBI may draw a wait list to meet actual requirements, if needed. In case of a tie in interview scores, candidates will be ranked by age in descending order (older candidate ranked higher), both in the select list and wait list.
