Selection Process

The ESIC Chennai Senior Resident 2026 selection is primarily interview-based, but there is an important provision for screening if footfall is high. Here is exactly how the process works. Document Verification (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM): All candidates must report during this window. Only those whose documents pass verification will proceed to the interview.
