Eligibility / Qualification
The applicant must be a domicile of Rajasthan. Nationality: Indian citizen, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, and the United Republic of Tanzania comprising former Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, or Ethiopia with the intention of permanently settling in India. For applicants under categories (b) to (e) above, a certificate of eligibility issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, must be submitted.
Application Fee
Under the One Time Registration (OTR) system introduced via the Personnel Department circular dated 19 April 2023, candidates must pay the OTR registration fee once through their SSO ID via authorised e-Mitra kiosks or Jan Suvidha Kendras before applying. Selection Process
There is no written examination for this recruitment. Selection to the post of Sanvida Safai Karmachari will be made purely through a lottery system, conducted using online software developed by the Department of Information Technology and Communication, Government of Rajasthan, category-wise as per the number of vacancies advertised for each ULB. The lottery process will follow this order of priority: First, candidates possessing 1 year of sanitation work experience in the same ULB (for which they applied) will be included in the lottery. If posts remain vacant after step 1, candidates with 1 year of sanitation work experience in any other ULB of the same district will be included. If posts still remain vacant after steps 1 and 2, candidates with 1 year of sanitation work experience in any ULB across the state will be included in the lottery.
