Eligibility / Qualification
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of application (15/06/2026). All qualifications must be from recognized Universities/Institutions only. Mere possession of minimum essential qualifications does not entitle candidates to be called for written test/skill test/interview. Candidates should furnish all qualifications and experience over and above the minimum prescribed along with documentary evidence. The Institute reserves the right to relax experience for persons with a brilliant academic career or specialized skills in exceptional cases. Application Fee
The application fee must be paid online at the time of submission. Candidates applying for more than one post need to pay the application fee separately for each post. In case of cancellation of a post, GST will not be refunded. Selection Process
The selection process consists of multiple stages conducted by the Scrutiny/Selection Committee of IISER Mohali. The minimum qualifying marks for written/interview/skill tests will be as per standards fixed by the Institute at its discretion. The scheme of examination and syllabus for all posts will be announced at a later date on the Institute's website. Mere fulfilment of minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for test/interview. Candidates selected to appear for the interview for Group A posts shall be reimbursed travel fare as follows - By Railways: AC II Tier; By Airways: up to 1000 km: Rs. 12,000/-; 1001–1500 km: Rs. 18,000/- (or actual, whichever is less); above 1500 km: Rs. 24,000/-. Air/Rail fare reimbursement is only on production of authentic tickets booked via authorized travel agents as per DoPT OM dated 29.08.2022.
