Selection Process
The selection process for Punjab Lecturer Cadre Recruitment 2026 consists of two stages: a written examination followed by a personal interview. Candidates who clear the written test will be shortlisted for the interview round. Final merit is determined based on the combined performance in both stages as per rules under the Punjab Educational Service (School and Inspection) Group-B Rules, 2018.
