Eligibility / Qualification

Educational Qualification Essential qualification: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. Candidates must specifically indicate the percentage of marks obtained (calculated to the nearest two decimals) in the relevant column of the application form. Candidates must produce a certificate/document issued by the university evidencing the conversion formula (e.g., CGPA to percentage), if called for document verification. Age Limit Criteria Details Maximum Age 30 years COVID-19 Age Relaxation 3 years (making the effective upper limit 33 years as on the last date of application) Additional Relaxation - ST/SC/SEBC/Women 5 years Additional Relaxation - PWD 10 years, as per Rule/Act SEBC candidates must furnish a "Non-Creamy Layer" certificate for the current year. Other Eligibility Condition The candidate must have passed Odia as one of the subjects up to the 7th Standard. A certificate to this effect must be attached with the application.

Selection Process

Selection is based on a written test only, followed by a qualifying skill test. Written Test Pattern Subject Marks General English 50 General Awareness 50 Quantitative Aptitude / Reasoning and Mental Ability 50 Total 150 marks (150 MCQs, 2 hours duration) Minimum Qualifying Marks Category Minimum Qualifying Marks Unreserved (UR) 50% SEBC 45% ST / SC / PWD 40% Skill Test Candidates will be called for the skill test at a 1:4 ratio from the merit list prepared on the basis of written test marks. The skill test evaluates proficiency in computer applications and office automation tools. It is qualifying in nature only - there are no marks for the skill test, and the final merit panel is prepared based solely on written test marks, subject to qualifying the skill test. Tie-Breaker Rules Where two or more candidates secure equal aggregate marks, merit will be determined as follows: The candidate securing more marks in the written test is ranked higher. If written test marks are equal, the candidate senior in age is ranked higher. If both (a) and (b) are equal, the tie is resolved based on the percentage of marks secured in the Degree programme.
