Eligibility / Qualification
Nationality The candidate must be a citizen of India. Educational Qualification Sl. No. Post Name Essential Qualification 1 Management Trainee (Civil) Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution in regular mode OR Passing of Section A & B of IE (India) in Civil Engineering with minimum 50% marks. For SC and ST: minimum 50% marks required. 2 Management Trainee (Law) Degree in Law from a recognized Institution. 3 Junior Management Trainee (Civil) Diploma in Civil Engineering in regular mode with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution. For SC and ST: minimum 50% marks required. 4 Office Assistant Grade-III Trainee Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks. For SC, ST and PwBD: minimum 50% marks required. Additional Requirements: a. Must be able to read and write Odia. b. Must have working knowledge in Computer (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and be able to type, edit, print, store documents. Note I: Degree/Diploma obtained from Open University (except IGNOU) / Distance Learning Mode / Part-Time / Sandwich Course shall NOT be considered. Note II: For Office Assistant Grade-III Trainee, candidates with higher qualification not related to the nature of work shall NOT be considered for the post.
