This selection is open only to candidates already serving under National Health Mission in the OSH & FW Society, not to fresh or external applicants. Eligibility is determined based on current employment status, valid contract, and documentary proof of uninterrupted service. Criteria Details Current Employment Status Candidate must be presently working under NHM (OSH & FW Society) in the same post for which applying, in a district other than Kalahandi. NOC cum Continuation Certificate Mandatory document from the competent authority confirming last uninterrupted service in the same post under the society; candidates without this certificate will not be eligible. Valid Contract Candidate must hold a valid, current contract period; a copy of the last contract renewal order must be attached. Service Record Candidate must not have been previously disengaged from ZSS/OSH & FW Society service on administrative grounds such as disobedience, poor performance, misbehaviour, or criminal activities. Category/Domicile Details To be furnished in the application form (SC/ST/SEBC/UR and district of domicile) as applicable.

Unlike open recruitment, this In-House Selection does not involve a written examination. Selection is based on Walk-in document verification followed by an incumbency-based assessment of service length. Stage 1 – Walk-in Application & Document Verification Eligible employees must attend the Walk-in on the date assigned to their post category, at the Video Conference Hall, O/o CDM & PHO, Kalahandi, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon, and submit the filled application form along with all supporting documents for verification. Stage 2 – Incumbency Assessment & Selection For calculation of incumbency, the length of last uninterrupted service of the employee in the same post under the society is taken into account, along with the previous posting station and present place of posting. Candidates with the highest incumbency are selected and posted against the available vacancies.
