Selection Process
The selection process is broadly similar across all four posts: A Selection Committee will scrutinize applications and shortlist candidates based on merit, qualification, experience, and suitability for the position. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview. Travelling Allowance (TA) will be reimbursed as applicable to GMDC employees. The decision of the Competent Authority on selection will be final and binding, and no correspondence on the matter will be entertained. GMDC reserves the right to cancel the advertisement or recruitment process at any stage and may accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
