Eligibility / Qualification

Eligibility conditions differ by post. All candidates must be Indian citizens, able to speak, read and write Odia (passed Odia test equivalent to M.E. standard), of good character, sound health and must have not more than one spouse living if married. Post Educational Qualification Additional Requirements Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist +3 (Graduation) or equivalent from a recognized University Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute Junior Typist +3 (Graduation) or equivalent from a recognized University Diploma in Computer Application; minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (Computer, English) Stenographer Grade-III +3 (Graduation) or equivalent from a recognized University Diploma in Computer Application; minimum 80 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 words per minute in Typewriting (Computer, English) Salaried Amin Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognized Board Knowledge in Computer Operation; Revenue Inspector Training certificate from a recognized institute
