Personal Interview A Personal Interview of 100 marks assesses academic and job knowledge, power of expression, clarity of thought, leadership qualities, communication skills, and suitability for the post. Minimum qualifying marks: 50 for General/EWS, 45 for Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). Candidates are called for interview in the ratio of 1:3 against the number of vacancies (subject to change at the Bank's discretion). Final Merit Final selection is based on the aggregate marks of Online Examination and Personal Interview (or Personal Interview alone, or GD/other assessment plus Personal Interview, depending on which stages are conducted), prepared in descending order category-wise, up to the number of vacancies. In case of a tie, the candidate senior in age (earlier date of birth) is ranked higher.
