A Master's degree with 55% marks (or equivalent) in Management/Psychology/Applied Psychology/Human Resources Management/Economics/Sociology/Labour Studies/Labour Laws/Business Analytics/Organisational Studies/Organisational Development/Change Management/Leadership/Marketing Management/Financial Management/Operations Management/Strategic Management from an Indian University or equivalent from accredited foreign university. Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or awarded Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016 (with exemptions for pre-2009 candidates meeting specified conditions). Desirable: PG from premium management institute, Ph.D., 2 years teaching/field practice experience, experience in OD/Change Management/Leadership.
