Clinic / Dispensary (Panel Doctors) Applicant must have his/her own dispensary/clinic in the applied panel area with full OPD facilities, Computer system (online), routine immunization, and facilities for conducting minor surgical procedures. Selection will be made through a personal Interview. Eligible candidates will be intimated in writing about the date, time, and venue of the Interview. The honorarium and duration/frequency of visits (for Honorary Doctors) and the rates of reimbursement per patient (for Panel Doctors) will be communicated by the Selection Committee at the time of the personal Interview. Stage 1 - Application Scrutiny Applications will be screened for completeness, eligibility, and prescribed format. Incomplete, unsigned applications, applications not in prescribed format, or those not accompanied by attested photostat copies of educational qualifications and experience certificates will be rejected. Stage 2 - Personal Interview Shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for a personal Interview. Date, time, and venue will be intimated in writing. No written/telephonic communication will be entertained after the closing date of application submission.
