Manager (Electrical): Officers who have taken VR or retired on superannuation from Railways, Other Govt. Departments, Central PSUs, Ports, JV Companies under Govt. control in PB-2 GP 4600 (CDA) or E-2 IDA scale with experience in execution of Infrastructure Projects, specifically Railway Electric Traction Projects, General Power Supply Projects, Air Conditioning, Building electrification, Road Lightings etc. Manager (S&T): Officers who have taken VR or retired on superannuation from Railways, Other Govt. Departments, Central PSUs, Ports, JV Companies under Govt. control in PB-2 GP 4600 (CDA) or E-2 IDA scale with overall service experience in Signal & Telecommunication Engineering in the field of Railways, specifically Planning, Estimation, Designing, FSR & DPR, Installation, Testing & commissioning and maintenance of all kinds of Signaling & Telecommunication works of Railway Systems.
