Selection Process
The selection process for the above-mentioned posts will be based mainly on an Online Examination. The final selection will be prepared strictly on the basis of the merit list of marks obtained in the online test. However, for certain posts like Secretarial Assistant and Jr. Office Assistant, candidates must also qualify the required skill test, which is qualifying in nature. Stage Details Selection Process Computer Based Test (CBT) i.e. Online Test Official Website for Updates cnpnashik.spmcil.com 1. Welfare Officer (A-2) & Safety Officer (P-2) Selection will be through an objective-type online examination of 150 questions for 150 marks with a duration of 120 minutes. Professional Knowledge - 90 Questions, 90 Marks Basic Computer Knowledge & English Language - 30 Questions, 30 Marks Logical Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude - 30 Questions, 30 Marks 2. Supervisor Posts (S-1 Level) This includes posts such as Supervisor (Technical Control), T.O.-Printing, Information Technology, T.O.-Mechanical, T.O.-AC Plant, T.O.-Electrical, T.O.-Electronics, Ink Factory, Mechanical/Air Conditioning, Electrical/Electronics, T.O.-Civil, and TO-Instrumentation. Selection will be through an objective-type online examination of 150 questions for 150 marks with 120 minutes duration. Professional Knowledge - 105 Questions, 105 Marks Quantitative Aptitude - 25 Questions, 25 Marks Logical Reasoning - 20 Questions, 20 Marks 3. Supervisor (Official Language) - A-1 Level Selection will be based on an online examination of 150 questions for 150 marks with a duration of 120 minutes. Professional Knowledge including Hindi-English Translation & Comprehension - 30 Marks General Awareness with Computer Knowledge - 30 Marks General Hindi - 30 Marks General English - 30 Marks General Knowledge / Current Affairs - 30 Marks 4. Secretarial Assistant (B-4 Level) Selection will be done through a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by a Stenography Skill Test for candidates who qualify the written exam. The skill test is qualifying in nature, and the final merit list will be based on CBT marks only. General Awareness - 30 Marks English Language - 30 Marks Logical Reasoning - 30 Marks Quantitative Aptitude - 30 Marks Computer Knowledge - 30 Marks Stenography Test: 40 minutes total (10 minutes dictation of 800 words at 80 wpm + 30 minutes transcription). 5. Artist (Graphic Design) - B-4 Level Selection will be through an objective-type online exam of 120 questions for 120 marks with a duration of 120 minutes. Professional Knowledge - 85 Questions, 85 Marks Quantitative Aptitude - 20 Questions, 20 Marks Logical Reasoning - 15 Questions, 15 Marks 6. Jr. Office Assistant (B-3 Level) Selection will be based on CBT followed by a Typing Test for shortlisted candidates. The typing test is qualifying in nature, and final merit will be prepared on the basis of CBT marks only. General Awareness - 30 Marks English Language - 30 Marks Logical Reasoning - 30 Marks Quantitative Aptitude - 30 Marks Computer Knowledge - 30 Marks Typing Test Duration: 10 minutes. 7. Junior Technician Posts (W-1 Level) This includes posts such as Junior Technician (Control), Printing, Store, Electrical, Electronics, Machinist, Fitter, Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance/Fitter, Electronics/Instrumentation, Air Conditioning, Ink Factory-Attendant Operator, Ink Factory-Laboratory Assistant, Mechanical/Air Conditioning, and Electrical/Electronics. Selection will be through an online examination of 120 questions for 120 marks with a duration of 120 minutes. Professional Knowledge in respective trade - 85 Questions, 85 Marks Quantitative Aptitude - 20 Questions, 20 Marks Logical Reasoning - 15 Questions, 15 Marks Final Merit List The final merit list for all posts will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Online Examination. For posts requiring Typing Test or Stenography Test, candidates must qualify the skill test separately, but the final merit will still be based only on the marks scored in the CBT/Online Examination.
