Selection Process

How Will Candidates Be Selected for MPPHSCL Recruitment 2026? The selection process for MPPHSCL Recruitment 2026 involves the following stages: Stage 1 - Shortlisting by MP Online MP Online will shortlist and scrutinise applications received online. A shortlist of 5 candidates per vacancy will be prepared. Stage 2 - Written Examination The exam will be conducted by MP Online. The syllabus for the exam will be published on the MP Online website. Stage 3 - Interview by HR Committee / Selection Committee Candidates who qualify the exam will be called for an interview conducted by the MPPHSCL HR Committee / Selection Committee. For deputation candidates, direct interview by the HR Committee will be held. Stage 4 - Final Selection The HR Committee / Selection Committee will recommend candidates to the Managing Director, MPPHSCL based on final marks. The Managing Director's decision will be final and binding. Tiebreaker Rules (if two or more candidates score equally): Priority will be given in the following order: (a) more experienced candidate, (b) higher educational qualification, (c) computer knowledge. Waiting List: A waiting list of candidates (excluding the selected candidate) will be prepared and will remain valid for 1 year. Merit Calculation: Marks will be calculated up to 2 decimal places. Selected candidates will be notified via email and SMS to their registered mobile number.
