Eligibility / Qualification
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of application (30/05/2026). Only qualifications obtained through full-time programmes will be considered. Freelancing, part-time jobs, Guest Lectureship etc. will not be treated as relevant experience. Experience must be verifiable through Experience Certificate issued by employer. For Level 1 openings, candidates in the final year of regular programmes expecting results by 15/07/2026 may also apply. Educational Qualification Qualification Details Level 1 (Fresher) Post Graduate degree (full-time) from UGC/AICTE recognized Universities/Institutions in discipline relevant to Level 3 or 4 job profiles; minimum 60% aggregate in all qualifying degrees from Class X onwards Levels 2 and 3 (Experienced) Relevant Post Graduate degree preferred (desirable); minimum 60% aggregate marks in all qualifying degrees from Class X onwards; experience as specified per post code Level 4 (Retired Officers) Retired Officers from State/Central Govt. / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies with relevant experience - qualification as per post code; 60% aggregate condition also applies General Condition Consistent scores of above 60% aggregate marks in ALL examinations from Class X onwards required for Levels 1 to 3. Only full-time programmes recognized by UGC/AICTE will be considered.

Selection Process
Selection will be based on contract level. Mere possession of minimum qualifications/experience will not entitle any candidate to be called for test/interview. FCRI reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any time or not fill up the posts notified without assigning any reasons. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written examination or interview. Level Selection Process Level 1 & Level 2 Written Test (MCQ, 90 Minutes) + Skill Test (if applicable) + Interview. Written test covers: General Aptitude (Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning, Numerical Ability) - 60 questions; Skill Test as per nature of job profile. Level 3 Interview only Level 4 Interview only
