Tie-breaking criteria (in order): (a) Completed years of relevant experience; (b) Earlier year of passing the relevant qualification (Diploma certificate); (c) Earlier date of birth. 7 to 34 (Engineer / Deputy Manager / Senior Manager / AGM) Interview Selection will be based on marks scored in the Interview.
