Selection Process
The decision of the Management about the mode of selection, requirements, eligibility criteria, shortlisting of candidates etc. shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Meeting the eligibility criteria or attending or being successful in skill test/interview does not by itself confer any right on the candidate for selection or inclusion in the Panel. Post Codes Mode of Selection Details 1 to 6 (Draughtsman / Senior Draughtsman) Skill Test in Engineering Drafting Software Candidates successful in the practical/skill test will be assessed and ranked on basis of marks scored. Tie-breaking criteria (in order): (a) Completed years of relevant experience; (b) Earlier year of passing the relevant qualification (Diploma certificate); (c) Earlier date of birth. 7 to 34 (Engineer / Deputy Manager / Senior Manager / AGM) Interview Selection will be based on marks scored in the Interview.
