The IAF MTS recruitment follows a clearly defined selection process. Knowing each stage in advance helps candidates prepare effectively and avoid being eliminated at any step. Stage 1 - Application Scrutiny All applications received will be examined for age limit compliance, minimum educational qualification, required documents, and certificates. Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the written test. Stage 2 - Written Test Eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test. The selection of candidates will be based purely on performance in the written test — no interview is conducted.
