Eligibility / Qualification
Educational Qualification & Age Limit Post Max Age (as on 11.04.2026) Essential Qualification Experience Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts) 32 Years First Class Graduate in B.Com / BBA from a recognised Indian University/Institute with CA (ICAI) / CMA (ICMAI) Not Essential Assistant Manager (Materials Management) 32 Years Full-time Graduate Engineer in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engg. with minimum 60% marks from a Govt. recognised Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE. Desirable: Qualification in Materials Management / Contract Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Import & Export Management. Not Essential Assistant Manager (Civil) 32 Years Full-time B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engg. / Civil & Structural Engg. with minimum 60% marks from a Govt. recognised Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE. Desirable: MBA qualification will be an advantage. Not Essential Note: Candidates having qualification in allied branches or equivalent disciplines other than specified above need not apply. Age Relaxation Category Age Relaxation OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) 3 years Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) 10 years (as per GOI guidelines; minimum 40% disability certified by Competent Authority) Ex-Servicemen / Commissioned Officers (ECOs/SSCOs with minimum 5 years military service) 3 years in addition to number of years of service in Defence Forces; subject to maximum age of 55 years Maximum age with cumulative relaxation 55 years

Selection Process
Selection for all Assistant Manager posts will be based on performance in an Offline/Online Test (Objective type, multiple choice) followed by a Personal Interview. All tests will be conducted in English language only. Exam centres will be at Bangalore and/or Mysuru. Candidates have to appear at their own cost. The structure of the written test for each post is as follows.
