Eligibility / Qualification

Full-Time First Class Engineering Degree in relevant discipline (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture / Mechatronics / Aerospace) from a recognized University/Institution. M.Tech/MS in Design required for Head FPI&IC post.

Application Fee

Selection Process

Step 1 – Application Scrutiny / Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for assessment based on their application details, experience, qualifications and other criteria. Merely meeting the conditions of the advertisement will not automatically entitle candidates to be called for assessment. Step 2 – Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will be called for assessment (written test/interview/presentation as applicable). Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates and increase the qualifying percentage based on number of applications received. Step 3 – Pre-employment Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates after assessment will have to undergo pre-employment medical examination. Appointment is subject to meeting the medical standard of the Company and receipt of satisfactory medical report from the Company Medical Officer. Step 4 – Original Document Verification: Original documents including educational certificates, experience certificates, category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD as applicable) will be verified. Any shortcoming at the time of document verification will lead to rejection of candidature. Intimation regarding assessments, provisional offer/final offer will be sent only through e-mail. The list of shortlisted/selected candidates will be uploaded on the Company's website.
