Eligibility / Qualification
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on 14.05.2026. First Class Degree in relevant Engineering discipline with prescribed Post Qualification Experience (PQE) is mandatory. Key Positions & Requirements (Summary): DGM (Grade VII): 16 years PQE, Upper Age 45/48/50 years (as applicable) AGM (Grade VI): 13 years PQE, Upper Age 45/47 years Assistant Manager (Grade III): 4 years PQE, Upper Age 30 years Manager (Grade IV): 8 years PQE, Upper Age 34 years Educational Qualification: First Class full-time Engineering Degree in relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil etc.). PG desirable for some posts.
