Age, Qualification, and Experience are reckoned as on 01.08.2026. First class is reckoned at 60% aggregate marks across all semesters/years; this is relaxable by 5% for SC/ST and PwD candidates. Candidates with CGPA/Credit must mandatorily provide the conversion to percentage. Only Indian Nationals may apply. BEML Age Relaxation 2026 SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation in upper age limit. OBC (NCL) candidates: 3 years relaxation in upper age limit. PwD candidates: additional 10 years relaxation, over and above the relaxation admissible for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates; permissible for candidates with a minimum of 40% disability. The upper age limit can be relaxed for candidates in all categories, subject to equivalent years of excess PQE - however, the maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years (58 years for Position Code 102). Candidates applying for Position Code 102 must have served as Brigadier from the Indian Army; the maximum age cap for this position is 58 years.

Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for assessment. Merely meeting the advertised conditions does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for assessment. Shortlisted candidates must undergo a pre-employment medical examination and original document verification. This does not necessarily mean selection. Any shortcoming at document verification - such as falsification of documents, wrong declaration of age/category/qualifying marks, or non-production of original records (including category certificate) - will lead to rejection of candidature. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to meeting BEML's medical standards and receipt of a satisfactory medical report from the Company Medical Officer. Intimation regarding assessments and issuance of provisional/final offers will be sent only through email; the list of shortlisted/selected candidates will be uploaded on the Company's website.
