Age LimitAge, Qualification and Experience are calculated as on 14.05.2026. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates as per Govt. of India guidelines. For PwD candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable by an additional 10 years over and above the admissible age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC(NCL), subject to minimum 40% disability. The upper age limit can also be relaxed for candidates under all categories subject to equivalent years of excess post qualification experience, however the maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years. Eligibility / Qualification

Only Indian Nationals may apply. Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions including age, qualification, and experience as on 14.05.2026. Under qualifying marks, First Class is reckoned at 60% (aggregate of all semesters/years). Qualifying marks are relaxable by 5% for SC/ST and PwD candidates. Candidates with CGPA/Credit system must mandatorily provide conversion to percentage. Candidates with Degree in Engineering from allied branches of Mechanical/Electrical can also apply for relevant positions provided they possess the requisite Post Qualification Experience. BEML will not consider freelance experience as part of Post Qualification Experience. Grade-II: Engineer (Interface-Rollingstock) - Code 102 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering (Preferably Electrical/Mechanical) from a recognized University/Institution. - Minimum 2 years; same domain as above. Grade-IV: Manager (System Engineering) - Code 103 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related fields (Preferably Electrical) from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 8 years; experience in RAMS engineering, safety engineering, or similar roles dealing with complex and safety-critical systems; prior involvement in safety and reliability assurance, testing, validation and regulatory compliance. Grade-II: Engineer (System Engineering) - Code 104 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related fields (Preferably Electrical) from a recognized University/Institution. Grade-IV: Manager (Rollingstock-Signalling Interface) - Code 105 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline from a recognized University/Institution. - Minimum 8 years; experience in Signalling systems (e.g., CBTC, conventional railway signalling), train detection systems, and system integration between rollingstock and signal infrastructure. Grade-II: Engineer (Rollingstock-Signalling Interface) - Code 106 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline from a recognized University/Institution. - Minimum 2 years; experience in Signalling interface coordination and integration for major rail/metro projects. Grade-III: Assistant Manager (Rollingstock-Mech, Bogie-02) - Code 107 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Production/Railway Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 4 years; experience in rolling stock (metro, high-speed or mainline trains) with at least 2–3 years related to bogie design, manufacturing, testing & maintenance. Grade-IV: Manager (Carbody Structure) - Code 108 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 8 years; experience in design & development of Car body Structures of Railway/Metro Rolling Stock. Grade-II: Engineer (Carbody Structure) - Code 109 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 2 years; experience in design field in Railway rolling stock companies in Design & Development of Car body Structures. Grade-II: Engineer (Rollingstock-FEA Engineer) - Code 110 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 2 years in simulation field in railway rolling stock; experience in FEA and testing of car body structure. Grade-II: Engineer (Rollingstock-CRASH Simulation Engineer) - Code 111 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 2 years in railway rolling stock companies in the field of Crashworthiness and crash energy management. Grade-III: Assistant Manager – CFD (Aerodynamics & HVAC Airflow) - Code 112 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Rail Vehicle Technology from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in Design will be an advantage. Minimum 4 years in any CFD packages with moving mesh CFD software preferably StarCCM+. Grade-III: Assistant Manager (Rollingstock-Mechanical Design, Integration) - Code 113 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 4 years; experience in mechanical design with significant exposure to system integration, 3D modelling (CAD) and design validation in rail vehicle rolling stock. Grade-II: Engineer (Rollingstock-Mechanical Design, Integration) - Code 114 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 2 years; same domain as above. Grade-IV: Manager (Rollingstock-Mech. Furnishing) - Code 115 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 8 years; experience in design field in railway rolling stock companies in Interior furnishing aggregates (interior panels, driver cabin interiors, windows glass, floors, AC air ducting, coupler system, gangway system, etc.). Grade-II: Engineer (Rollingstock-Mech. Furnishing) - Code 116 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 2 years; same domain as above. Grade-IV: Manager (Mechanical Systems Design-Rollingstock) - Code 117 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or related discipline from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical systems design in railway rolling stock. Grade-II: Engineer (Rollingstock-Doors, Mechanical Engineer) - Code 118 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Rail Vehicle Technology from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 2 years in Design of Door System of Railway Rolling Stock; experience in 3D/2D Catia V5 and AutoCAD. Grade-II: Engineer (Rollingstock-HVAC, Mechanical Engineer) - Code 119 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Rail Vehicle Technology from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 2 years in Design of HVAC System for Railway Rolling Stock; experience in 3D/2D Catia V5 and AutoCAD. Grade-II: Engineer (Rollingstock-Outfitting Engineer) - Code 120 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Rail Vehicle Technology from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 2 years in Design of Railway Rolling Stock subsystems; experience in 3D/2D Catia V5 and AutoCAD; experience in system integration and digital mock-up processes and tools. Grade-III: Assistant Manager (Rollingstock-Air Supply & Brake System) - Code 121 Full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in Mechanical from a recognized University/Institution. M.E/M.Tech in relevant areas will be an advantage. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in design of Air Supply & Brake System of railway rolling stock; experience in Catia V5 and AUTOCAD.

Selection Process

The selection process for BEML High-Speed Rail Executive Recruitment 2026 consists of shortlisting of eligible candidates based on application details, followed by an Assessment, Pre-employment Medical Examination, and Original Document Verification. Merely meeting the conditions of the advertisement will not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for assessment. Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for assessment and to increase the qualifying percentage based on the number of applications received. Management also reserves the right to cancel the advertisement in full or in part and/or the selection process at its discretion. All intimation regarding assessments, provisional/final offer etc. will be sent only through email. Stage Details Stage 1 – Application Shortlisting Applications scrutinized based on eligibility criteria - qualification, experience, age, category (as applicable). Stage 2 – Assessment Shortlisted candidates called for assessment. Mode and details to be communicated via email and BEML website. Stage 3 – Pre-employment Medical Examination & Document Verification Shortlisted candidates post-assessment must undergo medical examination and submit original documents for verification. Any falsification of documents/wrong declaration will lead to rejection of candidature.
