Eligibility / Qualification

Applicants must be citizens of India. Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak Kannada. Applicants can apply for only one post; if a candidate applies for more than one post, only the first submitted application is considered valid. Candidates already in service must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.

Application Fee

Candidates applying for more than one post (under separate notification serial numbers) must pay a separate fee for each post. Fee payment corrections or changes are not entertained after the closing date of 27.08.2026. Selection Process

Selection is through a Written Examination followed by an Interview, conducted as per the method prescribed by the Karnataka State Cooperative Societies Registrar's office. Post Subject Marks Second Division Clerk (Total: 200 marks) Kannada Language 50 General English 25 General Knowledge 25 Co-operative Subject 50 Indian Constitution 25 Bank Work Procedures & Materials 25 Peon & Gun Man (Total: 100 marks) Kannada Language 50 General Knowledge 50 A merit list is prepared based on written exam marks. Candidates are shortlisted for interview in a 1:5 ratio against each post. The interview carries a maximum of 15 marks. The final merit list is prepared by combining written exam marks and interview marks, and candidates are selected as per the applicable reservation policy.
