Post Qualification Experience YP-1: Minimum 3 years | YP-2: Minimum 6 years | YP-3: Minimum 10 years — from a registered Company Application Restriction A candidate may apply for only one level and one domain/role. Fulfillment of eligibility criteria alone does not confer any right to selection. Government/PSU Employees Must produce NOC from present employer at time of Interview and release order at time of joining

Application Fee

Any additional bank charges are to be borne by the candidate. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Failed transaction amounts will be automatically refunded to the originating account.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the following stages: Stage 1 – Scrutiny and Shortlisting: Applications received by closing date will be scrutinized and candidates shortlisted based on eligibility criteria. Stage 2 – Computer Based Test (CBT) (if applicable): If eligible applications exceed 5 times the requirement, SAIL-BSL may conduct a CBT/Aptitude/General Management/Psychometric Test through an external agency. Minimum qualifying marks: 50 percentile score. Shortlisting for interview will be in a 1:3 ratio on the basis of CBT performance. If fewer than 5 times applications are received, all eligible candidates may be called directly for interview. Stage 3 – Personal Interaction / Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear for an interview (physical or virtual mode) assessing relevance and quality of work experience, qualifications, professional/extra-curricular achievements, projects handled, and published articles/books/papers. Minimum qualifying marks for interview (if no CBT): 50%. Final merit list is prepared with CBT:Interview weightage of 80:20. Tie-breaking: higher CBT marks → higher eligibility qualification marks. Travel Reimbursement for Interview: Candidates invited in-person for interview will be reimbursed single to-and-fro 2AC train fare (shortest route) from normal place of correspondence to interview venue, subject to rail/road distance exceeding 30 km each way, on production of documentary proof. Joining: Selected candidates will be given a maximum of 30 days to report, sign the contract, and join.
