Criteria Details Essential Qualification Ph.D. in appropriate branch/discipline with first class in preceding degree and very good academic record throughout Experience (Professor) Minimum 10 years post-Ph.D. experience (at least 4 years at Associate Professor level in reputed institutions) Experience (Associate Professor) Minimum 6 years post-Ph.D. experience (at least 3 years at Assistant Professor or equivalent) Other Requirements Strong research record, publications, Ph.D. guidance, projects, etc.
