Eligibility / Qualification
Post Name Required Qualification Engineering Associate (Civil) B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from any recognized university or institution in India. Engineering Associate (Electrical) B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering from any recognized university or institution in India. Engineering Associate (Horticulture) First class degree in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture; or M.Sc. degree in Horticulture including Floriculture and Olericulture; or M.Sc. degree in Botany with Horticulture as one of the subjects, from any recognized university or institution in India. Preference in selection will be given to candidates having a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), a Master's Degree, or who were toppers of their Bachelor's Degree in the prescribed streams.

Selection Process
The selection process for this Engineering Associate recruitment involves the following officially confirmed stages: Applications will be scrutinised at the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies level by a committee, and candidates will be shortlisted based on merit. The written test of shortlisted candidates will be conducted through a reputed Government agency, Government-controlled agency, or an institution selected by the Department. Preference will be given to candidates having a PhD, Master's Degree, or who were toppers of their Bachelor's Degree in the prescribed streams. The decision of the Department will be final, and no further correspondence will be entertained. Evaluation Criteria: Engineering Associate (Civil and Electrical) Evaluation Basis As per GATE Score of the last two years. Evaluation Criteria: Engineering Associate (Horticulture) Selection for the Horticulture post is based on marks scored across two parts, with a grand total of 100 marks. Part Component Marks Part-A Percentage of marks obtained in relevant basic qualification × 0.35 35 Master's Degree in relevant field 5 Experience of at least one year in relevant field with Central/State Government, Regional Development Authorities, PSUs, Government Authorities or Government SPVs in India (no marks if experience is less than one year) 5 Additional experience in relevant field (1 mark per year above minimum required, up to 5 marks; no marks if experience is less than one year) 5 Part-A Total 50 Part-B Written Examination 50 Grand Total (Part-A + Part-B) 100 Candidates must obtain at least 35 marks in Part-A to be shortlisted for the Part-B written examination, and at least 35 marks in Part-B to be shortlisted for the engagement list. The final cut-off list will be prepared based on the total marks (70 marks and above) obtained by candidates.
