Advisor (Compressed Biogas - CBG): B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering, BBA, or B.Sc. (Hons) in Agricultural Business Management (full-time courses only). Desirable Experience For Advisor (Green Hydrogen): Total 30 years of experience, with at least 10 years in Production, Planning, or Designing of Hydrogen Plants or other emerging renewable energy (RE) technologies. Expertise in electrochemistry, process optimization, and thermodynamic modelling preferred. Experience evaluating large infrastructure or industrial projects from a technical and commercial perspective. For Advisor (Compressed Biogas - CBG): Total 30 years of experience, with at least 10 years in Production, Planning, or Designing of Biogas Plants or other emerging RE technologies. Who Can Apply For Advisor posts: individuals retired/separated at the level of E-9 and above from a CPSE, or JS level and above in the Government of India, with total experience of not less than 30 years - or others with an equivalent profile and CTC (at a minimum of the pay scale of E-9 grade in REC). Age Limit Maximum 65 years as on the last/closing date of application, i.e., 15 August 2026.
