Selection proceeds through Application Scrutiny, followed by an Online Test, Psychometric Test, or any other test the bank considers suitable, and then a Personal Interview along with compensation negotiation for those selected. The Psychometric Test and/or Interview assess a candidate's personality, communication, clarity, problem-solving ability, efficiency, and willingness to work anywhere in the country. To qualify in the Personal Interview, a candidate must score at least 60% for the Unreserved category and 55% for Reserved category candidates, though the bank reserves the right to revise this cut-off.
