General / OBC / EWS / Other Candidates: ₹100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) Exempted (Fee = Nil): Ex-Servicemen and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) category are exempted from payment of application fee. Stage 1 – Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates will be required to qualify the Physical Efficiency Test as prescribed for SSF recruitment. Stage 2 – Physical Standard Test (PST): Physical Standard Test will be conducted to verify the physical measurements of candidates. Stage 3 – Written Examination: Candidates who qualify PET and PST will appear in the Written Examination. Stage 4 – Trade Test: Candidates must pass the Trade Test in their respective profession (Barber/Washerman). Stage 5 – Verification of Original Documents: Original documents of shortlisted candidates will be verified. Stage 6 – Detailed Medical Examination (DME): Shortlisted candidates will undergo Detailed Medical Examination. Stage 7 – Review Medical Examination (RME): Candidates declared unfit in DME may apply for Review Medical Examination. Medical Standards: Medical Examination to assess fitness will be conducted in terms of Uniform Guidelines for Recruitment Medical Examination for GOs and NGOs in CAPFs and ARs issued vide MHA U.O. No. A.VI-1/2014-Rectt (SSB) dated 20.05.2015 and A.VI.1/14-Rectt(SSB) dated 24.08.2015 and as amended from time to time by the Government.
