Essential: CA / CMA / CS / CFA / PGDM (Finance) / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBE, with 3 years' experience in finance or banking in any Government organisation. Deputation tenure: 4 years. 3. Deputy Director (Corporate Law) - 2 Posts | Level-11 Must hold analogous post, or 5 years' service in Level-10. Essential: Degree + LLB with 2 years' experience in corporate law, OR 5-year integrated LLB with 3 years' experience in corporate law. 4. Selection for all posts in SFIO Recruitment 2026 is entirely through the deputation mechanism - there is no written exam or direct interview for external candidates. Applications received through proper channel (via the Cadre Controlling Authority) will be screened, and the selection committee will assess the candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and service record. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further process.
