Eligibility is reckoned as on 31 May 2026. NHSRCL has defined separate criteria for employees working in IDA pay scales (CPSEs/SPVs/Metro Railways) and CDA pay scales (Ministry of Railways/other Government Departments). Experience from Teaching, Faculty, Apprenticeship, Internship, Proprietorship, Partnership, or Freelancing will not be counted towards the required years of experience. Application Fee
NHSRCL has prescribed a non-refundable application fee for UR, EWS, and OBC candidates. SC, ST, and Women candidates are fully exempted from the fee. The fee must be paid before submitting the application, and candidates are advised to verify their eligibility and the closing date before paying since the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. Category Application Fee UR / EWS / OBC Rs. 400/- (non-refundable, exclusive of transaction processing charges) SC / ST / Women Nil (exempted) Transaction processing charges over and above Rs. 400/- are also non-refundable. Candidates must note that only one application can be submitted across all vacancy notices 08/2026 to 20/2026 — applying for more than one post is not permitted.
Selection Process
NHSRCL will use a multi-stage selection process for all posts under Vacancy Notices 08/2026 to 20/2026. The Computer Based Test (CBT) for all posts from 08/2026 to 20/2026 may be conducted on the same day and at the same time, which is an important reason why candidates can apply for only one post. Computer Based Test (CBT) Interview Medical Examination Management reserves the right to include or dispense with any of these selection stages as deemed fit. Submission of an application does not entitle a candidate to be called for any stage of the selection process. Depending on the volume of applications received, NHSRCL may raise or relax eligibility criteria or prescribe additional written tests. The management's decision regarding selection is final. Outstation candidates called for interview will be paid travelling allowance as per company rules.
