Eligibility / Qualification
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of online application (08-06-2026). Candidates must be Indian Citizens or subjects of Nepal/Bhutan. A valid GATE score in Civil Engineering for the year 2024, 2025, or 2026 is mandatory - candidates without a valid GATE score are not eligible to apply. The educational qualification must be from a University/Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC/State Technical Boards. Candidates must possess the prescribed minimum qualification on the closing date of application submission; admission at all stages is provisional and subject to eligibility verification. Selection Process
The selection process for NHIDCL Deputy Manager (Technical) Recruitment 2026 is based entirely on the best valid GATE score in Civil Engineering obtained in any of the years 2024, 2025, or 2026. There is no separate written examination. Candidates are advised to provide the best of their GATE scores in the online application form. A merit list shall be prepared by the Selection Committee/Recruitment Authority and notified on the company website as per NHIDCL Cadre Rules. Selected candidates will be allocated to State Groups through a counselling session based on the principle of Merit-cum-Choice. NHIDCL Cadre Rules, 2025 (Rule 6.5 and Rule 6.6) shall apply for placement details.
