For IIFCL Assistant Manager & Manager Recruitment 2026, the application fee structure is the same for both Grade A and Grade B posts. For UR / OBC / EWS & other categories: ₹600 total (₹500 examination fee + ₹100 intimation charges). For SC / ST / PwBD candidates: ₹100 total (intimation charges only, no examination fee). The IIFCL Grade A & Grade B Selection Process 2026 is identical for both posts and consists of two phases – an online examination followed by a technical and behavioural interview. Phase I – Online Examination: Objective type, 200 marks, with two tests – Test I (Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Current Affairs related to Financial Sector – 100 marks) and Test II (Domain Knowledge – 100 marks). Total 150 questions, 120 minutes with sectional time limits, and negative marking of 1/4th of the marks for each wrong answer.
