For DGM (Grade D): Minimum 16 years post-qualification experience (out of which minimum 11 years in relevant domain). Relevant professional qualifications (CA, CMA, MBA, BE/B.Tech, etc.) as per discipline. Last drawn position should be equivalent to Scale IV or Grade C / E5-E6 level.
