Sports Achievements Represented India in Junior/Senior International competitions recognised by IOC/IOA in notified disciplines, OR Minimum 5th place in Junior Nationals, Senior Nationals, All India Inter University, or Khelo India Nationals in listed sports, OR Represented State/UT in National/All India Inter University/Khelo India in team events. Special conditions apply for Cricket, Shooting and Chess (BCCI trophies/NSCC rankings/FIDE rating ≥ 2150). 5. Medical & Physical Standards Minimum height 152 cm; chest 77 cm with minimum 5 cm expansion. PFT: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes + 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 20 squats within prescribed time. Visual standard: 6/12 each eye, correctable to 6/6, with specified refractive limits; other IAF medical standards apply.
