Joint Director (General Cadre): Bachelor degree from a recognized University or Institution and ten years' executive or administrative experience in an organization connected with sugar or allied industries. Deputy Director (General Cadre): Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute and five years' experience in dealing with sugar or food control and sugar trade especially in respect of marketing, movement and grading of sugar, in a sugar industry or Government Organization.
