Eligibility / Qualification

Assistant Professor of Nephrology: Medical qualification included in Schedule I& II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. D.M. in Nephrology (2, 3, 5, or 6 years recognized course) or equivalent. One year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the Degree of D.M. in Nephrology (2 or 5 years recognized course) or equivalent. No experience is necessary for candidates possessing three or six years recognized Degree of D.M. in Nephrology. Assistant Professor of Community Medicine: Medical qualification included in Schedule I& II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. MD in Community Medicine/ Preventive & Social Medicine or equivalent. Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD in Community Medicine/Preventive & Social Medicine or equivalent. Assistant Professor of Cardiology: Medical qualification included in Schedule I& II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. D.M. in Cardiology (2, 3, 5, or 6 years recognized course) or equivalent. One year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the Degree of D.M. in Cardiology (2 or 5 years recognized course) or equivalent. No experience is necessary for candidates possessing three or six years recognized Degree of D.M. in Cardiology. Assistant Professor of Pathology/Cyto-Pathology: Medical qualification included in Schedule I& II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. M.D. in Pathology or equivalent. Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD in Pathology or equivalent. Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology (Dr. RPC): Medical qualification included in Schedule I& II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. M.D./M.S. in Ophthalmology or equivalent. Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. in Ophthalmology or equivalent. Assistant Professor of Clinical Hematology: Medical qualification included in Schedule I& II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. M.D. in Medicine/ Paediatrics or equivalent followed by D.M. in Cl. Hematology (02 or 03 years recognized course) or equivalent. One year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the Degree of D.M. in Cl. Hematology (02 years recognized course) following M.D. in Medicine/ Paediatrics or equivalent. No experience is necessary for candidates possessing three years recognized Degree of D.M. in Cl. Hematology. Assistant Professor of Pulmonary Medicine: Medical qualification included in Schedule I& II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. D.M. in Pulmonary Medicine (2, 3, 5, or 6 years recognized course) or equivalent. One year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the Degree of D.M. in Pulmonary Medicine (2 or 5 years recognized course) or equivalent. No experience is necessary for candidates possessing 03 or 06 years recognized Degree of D.M. in Pulmonary Medicine. Assistant Professor of Onco-Anesthesiology/Anesthesiology: Medical qualification included in Schedule I& II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. M.D in Anesthesiology or equivalent. Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD in Anesthesiology or equivalent. Assistant Professor of Urology: Medical qualification included in Schedule I& II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. M.Ch. in Urology (2, 3, 5, or 6 years recognized course) or equivalent. One year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the Degree of M.Ch. in Urology (2 or 5 years recognized course) or equivalent. No experience is necessary for candidates possessing 03 or 06 years recognized Degree of M.Ch. in Urology. Assistant Professor of Neurology: Medical qualification included in Schedule I& II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. D.M. in Neurology (2, 3, 5, or 6 years recognized course) or equivalent. One year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the Degree of D.M. in Neurology (2 or 5 years recognized course) or equivalent. No experience is necessary for candidates possessing three or six years recognized Degree of D.M. in Neurology.
