Eligibility / Qualification

Post Name Required Qualification Medical Officer (RBSK Male) BHMS/BAMS/BUMS degree with registration from any GOI-recognized board or Ayush registration. Alternatively, Graduate in any subject (minimum 55%) with PGDCA. Block Manager - Data BCA (minimum 55%) OR Graduate in any subject (minimum 55%) with PGDCA. Block Supervisor - VBD B.Sc. (Biology). Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) with live registration from the Chhattisgarh Physiotherapy Council. Assistant Secretarial - NPCB 12th pass with relevant qualifications; preference for candidates with 1 year of relevant experience. Pharmacist (RBSK) Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (minimum 50%) with registration from the Chhattisgarh Pharmacy Registration Council. Audiologist (DEIC) Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology & Speech, B.Sc. (Audiology & Speech), Special B.Ed. (Audiology & Speech), or Diploma in Hearing Language & Speech (DHLS). Preference for Master’s/Bachelor’s degree holders. Technical Assistant – Early Interventionist Cum Special Educator (DEIC) B.Ed. in Special Education (Mental Retardation/Early Childhood Special Education/Locomotor & Neurological Disorder) or PG Diploma in Special Education (Multi Disability, Physical & Neurological Disorder) recognized by RCI. Selection Process

The selection process for NHM Balod 2026 is merit-based with marks assigned across three components. Candidates should understand how marks are distributed to prepare effectively. Experience Weightage: Up to 20 marks are awarded for relevant work experience. Merit List Preparation: A combined merit list is prepared based on total marks. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must appear for document verification. Contract Appointment: Selected candidates are offered contractual appointments for the NHM period 2024-26. For equal marks between candidates, the older candidate is given preference. If age is also equal, the candidate with higher qualifying marks is ranked higher.
